Highlights: At West Lawn, Zach Zweizig scored 14 of his game-high 20 points in the second half as the Bulldogs (1-0, 2-0) held off the Eagles (0-1, 3-1) in a key early game in Berks I.

Exeter led twice in the early minutes and was within 28-25 early in the third quarter, after a Matt Seifert basket, before Zweizig sparked a 6-2 run that pushed the lead back to 34-27.

Tyler Beck finished with 13 for the Bulldogs.

Seifert led the Eagles with 12; Ben Savidge had nine.

Exeter scored the first four points of the game and led 6-5 midway through the first quarter before Zweizig sparked a 10-2 run with a pair of free throws, a basket and an assist.
