Highlights: At Phoenixville, Matt Ashcroft knocked down three free throws in the final half minute as the Cardinals (5-2) held off the Phantoms (5-2).

Ashcroft scored a game-high 21 points, nailing five 3-pointers.

Ashcroft scored 15 points in the first half as the Cards built a 15-point lead.

The Phantoms pulled within 41-39 with 3 1/2 minutes left before Nick Rossignoli answered with a 3-pointer and a 2-pointer.

Jim Hogga, who had a team-high 19 points, trimmed the lead to 50-48 with a basket in the final minute.

Colin Naugle scored 18 for Central.

The Phantoms nailed 13-of-13 free throws.

Phoenixville had not allowed 50 or more points in any of its games.
