Highlights: At the Geigle, Kayla Decriscio scored a game-high 25 points as the Lions (7-1) dominated the Red Knights (7-3). Altoona jumped out to a 31-13 lead after the first quarter and never allowed Reading to create a comeback. Elizabeth Fisher and Isis Thorpe each led the Red Knights with 12 points. Fadiba Berry and Yaritza Ortiz also scored 11 points for Reading. Lauren Hippo had 15 points for the Lions in the victory.
