Highlights:
At Reiffton, the Eagles (2-8) tied the game 13-13 in the second quarter but the Cardinals (9-1) went on a 14-4 run to end the first half and went on to win convincingly.
Rachel Schleicher, who led Central Catholic with 15 points, and Kristine Wrobel, who had 13, scored mostly second-chance points after offensive rebounds for the Cardinals.
Katelyn Rathman led Exeter with seven points.
