Highlights: At Shillington, Trystan Ovid had 16 points and nine rebounds and hit 5-of-6 free throws down the stretch to help Gov. Mifflin pull away for a 43-38 non-league victory over Berks Catholic tonight.

Connor Jack had a game-high 19 points for the Saints (2-5).

Reid Hoff, who had eight points, five rebounds and three assists, gave Mifflin the lead for good at 27-25 with a 3-pointer midway through the third quarter.

The Saints led by as many as four points in the second quarter and went up 25-24 on Jack's three-point play with 5:46 to go in the third quarter.

Berks Catholic again played with starting guard Isaac Lutz, who is out with a knee injury and is not expected to return until early January.
