Highlights: At Shillington, Berks Catholic freshman Bryce Calloway had a game-high 14 points and the Berks II champion Saints played smothering defense in beating Berks II runner-up Conrad Weiser 46-31 tonight in a Berks Conference quarterfinal.

The second-seeded Saints (15-7) advance to meet third-seeded Wyomissing (17-6) in the semifinals Wednesday at Santander Arena.

The win was the Saints' third this year over the seventh-seeded Scouts (9-13), whose season is now finished.

Tyrone Nesby scored all of his 10 points in the first half for the Saints, who led 30-17 at intermission.

Conrad Weiser shot just 25 percent from the field and was held to single digits in each of the final three quarters.

The 32 points is the second-lowest point total for the Scouts this season.

The 14 points matched a season high for Calloway.
