Highlights: At Laureldale, freshman Stevie Mitchell scored a career-high 18 points to help the Bulldogs (2-1, 8-3) avoid an upset against the Muhls (1-2, 6-6).

Mitchell came off the bench to hit 7-of-10 shots and scored 10 fourth-quarter points as the Bulldogs overcame a five-point second-half deficit.

Mitchell's three-point play with 5:43 remaining gave Wilson the lead for good.

Connor Uhrig had eight points, seven rebounds and two assists for the Bulldogs off the bench.

Drey Kipp scored a team-high 13 for the Muhls, who led by seven in the second quarter and 34-29 in the third.

Jahmere Evans had nine points and a game-high 14 rebounds for the Muhls.
