Highlights:
Keba Mitchell hit both ends of a one-and-one with 45 seconds left, then helped Berks Catholic foil Wilson's attempt at a last-second shot in a pulsating 32-31 non-league win tonight before a packed house at Wolf Gymnasium.
The victory was the 13th straight for the Saints (17-2), who are ranked No. 4 in the state in Class 4A.
The Bulldogs (13-7) pulled within 32-31 on a pair of Stevie Mitchell free throws with 29 seconds to go.
They got the ball back with 25 seconds left and held for the last shot, calling time out with 4.7 left to set up a play for Mitchell.
BC's Luis Garcia closed off Mitchell's path to the basket, and he and Mitchell knocked the ball away as the clock wound down.
Keba Mitchell scored a game-high 14 points, had six rebounds and knocked down 6-of-8 free throws.
Stevie Mitchell finished with a team-high 13 points off the bench for Wilson.
The Saints, one of the worst free-throw shooting teams in the league, made 10-of-14 from the line.
Wilson led by as many as five points in the second quarter.
Berks Catholic never led by more than three points.
Both teams have qualified for next week's league playoffs, though they're unlikely to meet there unless Wilson can knock off projected top seed Reading High.
