At Mechanicsburg, Lancaster Mennonite finally pulled away from Twin Valley with two minutes left in the fourth quarter as the Blazers beat the Raiders (2-5) in the first round of the Mechanicsburg Holiday Tournament. Bernard Blunt led Twin Valley with 23 points, going 16-of-18 from the foul line. Jeremy Deihm finished with 16 points in a losing effort. Roman Ali and John Gillespie both had 17 points for Lancaster Mennonite.
