Highlights: Top-seeded Halifax opened the first quarter with a 7-0 run and led wire-to-wire Friday during a 64-42, District 3 2A semifinal win over fourth-seeded Antietam at East Pennsboro.

Prestin Stief scored 14 points and Jaden Green had nine to lead the Mounts (8-14), who trailed 48-22 after three quarters.

Luke Vlasick, who scored his 1000th career point in the fourth quarter, scored a game-high 16 points and Nick Vlasick had 13 for the Wildcats (22-2).

Halifax advances to the 2A championship game to face second-seeded Millersburg Tuesday at Giant Center in Hershey.
