Highlights: The theAt Wrightsville, Tierney Hiltz scored 12 of her game-high 16 points in the second half as the Golden Knights (17-8) hammered the Hawks (15-10) in a District 3-AAA preliminary round game.

The Hawks had the defending champions against the ropes early as they led 17-9 early in the second quarter. The Golden Knights then went on a 16-6 run to close out the half and go up by two.

The Golden Knights then outscored the Hawks 30-11 in the second half.

Lauren Romig led the Hawks with nine points.
