Highlights: Spring-Ford tied the score on a free throw with 1.1 seconds left following a technical foul against Perkiomen Valley and then took control in overtime to earn a 54-48 win and the Pioneer Athletic Conference boys basketball championship Tuesday night at Spring-Ford High School.

Matt Gnias led the Rams (18-6) with 24 points and Nigel Cooke made one of two from the line to tie the score at 46-46 and send the game into overtime after the Viking student cheering section stormed the court and the PV bench was assessed a technical. Justin Jaworski, who had given PV a 46-45 lead, scored 16 for the Vikings (15-9) and Sean Owens added 13 points.
