Highlights: With No. 20 Wilson trailing by two in the final seconds, Maddie Huber made a desperation 3-pointer at the buzzer to give the Bulldogs a District 3-AAAA preliminary win over No. 13 Hempfield Friday at Hempfield.

The Black Knights (14-9) led 41-37 with under a minute to go before Huber ended it with her only basket of the game.

Wilson (14-10) led 24-10 early in the third quarter, but Hempfield stormed back to tie it with a 16-2 run to end the period.

Zakiyah Winfield had 12 points to lead Wilson, which plays at No. 4 Central York (22-3) in an opening-round game Tuesday at 7 p.m.
