At Lansdale, the seventh-seeded Bears (18-9) held a six-point halftime lead, but were outscored 36-22 in the second half to lose the playback game.
Boyertown, which lost a 62-24 quarterfinal to Mount St. Joseph Academy, will play for seventh place in hosting a PIAA seeding game Saturday night at 6.
Erin Maher scored a game-high 18 for North Penn (22-6). Kaitlyn Eisenhard led the Bears with 12 points.
