Highlights:At Robesonia, junior Cartier Talford scored a career-high 25 points, grabbed nine rebounds and had seven steals as the Scouts (3-0, 7-3) held off a late charge by the
Tigers (1-2, 4-5) in a Berks Conference Division II game.
Senior Andy Orr had 13 points, 16 rebounds and six blocked shots for the Scouts.
Talford had 18 first-half points, helping the Scouts build a 17-point lead early in the second quarter.
The Tigers got within six points late in the game, using a 10-point run to pull within 53-47 with 1:51 remaining.
Freshman Justin Hummel scored a career-high 20 for the Tigers.
