The game was tied 34-34 after three quarters before Exeter outscored Wilson 15-0 in the fourth, when the Eagles went 6-for-8 from the foul line.
The Bulldogs took an 11-8 lead after the first before Exeter used an 8-2 run to pull ahead 24-22 at halftime.
Yovonny Santana had a game-high 20 points for the Eagles, and Hollis Whitehurst scored 10.
