Highlights:The Bulldogs scored four second-half goals to rout Unionville 4-0 in a PIAA boys soccer Class 4A semifinal Tuesday night at Upper Perkiomen High School.
Wilson (22-4-1) will face Radnor for the state title Saturday at 6:30 p.m. at Hersheypark Stadium. It's the fourth PIAA final for the Bulldogs, and their first since 2012. They won their lone state title in 1992.
Unionville (18-7-1) dominated the opening half but couldn't get on the board. Wilson quickly seized the momentum after the break, finally scoring on a Tyler Dell shot from 30 yards out with 29:11 to play.
Wilson kept up the pressure and added goals by Sage Klein, Patrick Ndambo, and a second by Dell. For more on this game, please read Don Stewart's recap in Wednesday's Reading Eagle.
The match subsequently was forfeited by Wilson due to violating PIAA rules.
