Highlights:
At West Lawn, Alex Twiford ran for a pair of first-half touchdowns and accounted for 100 yards from scrimmage as Wilson rolled up a big first-half lead in beating Cedar Crest 35-14 in Lancaster-Lebanon League Section 1 play.
The Bulldogs (2-0, 4-1) led 28-0 at the half and 35-0 early in the third quarter before head coach Doug Dahms pulled his starters.
The victory was the 52nd straight in league play, matching the Lancaster-Lebanon League record set by Manheim Central in 2006.
The Bulldogs can break the record next week at Hempfield in a battle for first place in Section 1.
The Falcons (1-1, 2-3) piled up 148 total yards and got a pair of second-half scores against Wilson's second-team defense.
Twiford, usually a tight end or H-back, lined up in the backfield and scored on runs of 2 and 1 yards to put Wilson up 14-0 in the final minute of the second quarter.
Bailey McElroy scored on a 7-yard run and Jake Gehman scored the first of his two TDs on 10-yard run to make it 28-0 with 1:16 left in the first half.
