Katrina Hughes hit an RBI single with two outs in the 11th inning to rally Brandywine to a win over Elk Lake in the PIAA Class AA quarterfinals. After a one-hour delay for lightning and rain, Brandywine scored two runs with two outs in the bottom of the seventh inning to force extra innings. For more details, read Friday's Reading Eagle.
