At Reiffton, Tyler Ruoss capped a five-run fifth inning with a two-run single to help the Blazers (2-3 Berks II, 6-4) knock the Eagles (3-2 Berks I, 6-4) out of first place. Daniel Boone trailed 4-1 before scoring five runs in the fifth to take the lead. John Reina worked out of a jam in the sixth and pitched a scorelesss seventh to save it for winning pitcher John Holowko. Josh Spayd went 2-for-4 with a home run, Reina went 2-for-4 with a double and Ruoss went 2-fo-3 for Boone. For Exeter, Scott Galbraith went 2-for-4 with two doubles and two RBIs, Alex Dundore went 2-for-3 with a home run and two RBIs and Corey Rowley went 2-for-4.
