At Newmanstown, Becky Peiffer went 3-for-5 with five RBIs to lead the Scouts to the ELCO Tournament title with a win over Halifax.

The highlight of Pfeiffer's big day at the plate was a three-run triple in the fifth inning.

Val Miller picked up the win in the circle with five strikeouts.
