At Birdsboro, John Reina went 2-for-3 with a run scored and two RBIs as the Blazers (2-6, 3-13) used a three-run first inning to defeat the Red Knights (4-5, 5-11). Christian Henderson finished 2-for-3 with two runs, and winning pitcher Pop Lacey went 2-for-2 with a run. Reina hit a two-run home run in the first inning. Doug Schilling doubled, driving in Henderson and giving the Blazers a 3-1 lead. Henderson also scored on a wild pitch in the fifth. Reading High's Jean Carlos Reyes went 3-for-4 with a triple and an RBI.
