At Kutztown, winning pitcher Andrew Gernert struck out eight and didn't allow a walk, leading the Cougars (6-2, 9-7) to a shutout. Kutztown scored two runs with two outs in the bottom of the third. Nick Austin singled to drive in Dustin Smith for the winning run, and Brad Miller also had an RBI. Kyle Hartman went 3-for-3, and Drew Entriken had two hits for Kutztown. Dan Louviaux struck out four and didn't give up a walk for Tulpehocken (5-3, 11-6).
