At Muhlenberg's Gochnauer Field, Matt Fisher singled twice and drove in a run and Nick Distasio pitched out of a jam in the seventh inning, enabling the Lynx (17-6) to beat the Tigers (13-8) in a District 3-AAA quarterfinal. After Fleetwood scored a run in the first, Oley answered with four in the second on RBI singles by Joe MacDonald and Pete Vaccaro, a sacrifice fly by winning pitcher Craig Eidle and an error. The Tigers cut it to 4-3 before Fisher singled to drive in an insurance run. The Lynx will play Northern York in the semifinals at 6 p.m. Tuesday at War Memorial Field in Ephrata.
