At Robesonia, the Bulldogs (7-0 Berks I, 15-1) clinched the top Class AAA seed for the Berks Team Tournament with the win.
Jordan Rose (145), Pat O'Brien (152) and Giovanni Giorgio (112) all had pins for Wilson, which will face Daniel Boone Saturday.
The Scouts (5-2 Berks II, 16-6) are in the AAA tournament as the likely No. 2 seed against Gov. Mifflin. Matthew Bilodeau had a major decision for Weiser.
