Highlights:
At Wyomissing, the No. 5-seeded Spartans (12-4) won six of the first seven bouts to defeat the 12th-seeded Trojans (9-5) in the District 3-AA first round. Nick Hodgkins, Elisha Gaylor and Austin Helm collected consecutive pins from 135 to 145 to give Wyomissing a 34-6 lead. Cory Rank and Greg Brown had back-to-back technical falls early in the match, and Tyler Rank’s 6-5 overtime decision at 285 helped the Spartans seal it.
