Highlights
At New Schaefferstown, Kate Wylezik reached on an error to drive in the winning run with one out in the bottom of the seventh as the Trojans (5-3 Berks IV, 5-5) survived a scare from the Spartans (2-7 Berks III, 2-9).
The back-and-forth game saw 15 total errors. Tulpehocken saw a 12-3 lead vanish as Wyomissing scored four in the sixth, then five in the seventh to tie it. Brianne Bentz hit a two-run triple and Amanda Gonzalez had a two-run single in the seventh.
For the Trojans, Jess Kiene went 3-for-4 with three runs scored.
