At Mertztown, Garrett Vroman struck out eight and allowed just four hits in six innings and the Bullets (10-2, 14-3) moved within a win of the Berks III title with their win over the Hawks (5-8, 8-11).
Brandywine Heights leads Oley Valley by a game atop the division, and can clinch the Berks III title with a win at Oley this afternoon. A loss today would force a one-game playoff with the Lynx.
Kyle Stoudt was 3-for-4 with two RBIs; Kyle Ziegler was 2-for-3 with an RBI; and Cory Prutzman had a two-run single in a three-run fifth for Brandywine.
Cody Kauffman hit solo home run for Hamburg.
