Highlights
At Lyons, the Berks II champion Blazers (15-2) sent 18 batters to the plate in a nine-run fourth inning that ended their Berks quarterfinal win over the Berks IV runner-up Cardinals (14-5).
Boone used eight walks and three hits to score the runs. The Blazers had taken a 6-0 lead in the second inning, with Mandi Baer and Jess Martz (2-for-3) delivering two-run doubles.
Casey Hafer struck out six in four innings without a walk on a one-hitter.
Rebecca Reinhart had Central's only hit.
