Highlights
At Muhlenberg, Kyle Redinger struck out six in three innings of scoreless relief for the save as the No. 17 Falcons (12-9) held on to beat the No. 16 Blazers (12-8) in a District 3-AAAA preliminary round game.
Redinger also went 2-for-4 with a pair of RBIs for Cedar Crest, which went ahead 6-2 with a five-run third.
Jason Henderson struck out 12 in seven innings for Boone, which cut it to two with a pair of runs in the fifth, but could get no closer.
