Highlights
At Laureldale, Daniel Boone (3-1, 7-1) took an early lead and held on to deal the Muhls (2-1, 6-1) their first loss. Kelly Saylor had an RBI double and Brett Simmons and swinging-bunt single for an RBI in the second. The Blazers added a run in the third on an RBI double by Ken Bock. Austin escaped a jam in the seventh to pick up a save. After walking in a run on a 3-2 pitch with two outs, he got out of it by inducing a fielders choice force out at second. Saylor and Bock each had two hits and an RBI for the Blazers. Boone's Jason Henderson got the win, striking out seven.
