Highlights
At Twin Valley, the Blazers (10-2, 16-4) clinched a tie for first place by holding on to defeat the Raiders (6-6, 10-8). Mari Flynn and Bri Heffernan hit RBI singles in the second inning to stake Daniel Boone to a 2-0 lead. Twin Valley pulled within a run on an RBI single in the sixth by Sam Pegler. Carrissa Harris drove in a run with a single in the top of the seventh to boost Boone's lead back to two runs. Chauntel Duriez, who earlier hit a double, tripled and scored in the bottom of the seventh for Twin Valley. Mandi Baer went 2-for-3 with a double to lead Boone.
