Highlights
At Reiffton, Scott Merz pitched a three-hitter and struck out 10 as the Mustangs (7-2, 11-6) clinched their second Berks I title in three years with the win over the Eagles (4-6, 10-7). Adam Beilhart had a double, single and an RBI for Mifflin and Eric Wertz and Dillon Landrigan each had two singles and an RBI. Nate Hummel pitched a complete game and struck out seven for Exeter, which was eliminated from Berks playoff contention with its fifth loss in six games.
