Highlights
At Owls Field, Chris Ryder struck out eight in a four-hitter to lead the Blue Jays (7-1 Berks IV, 10-2) over the Spartans (1-6 Berks III, 3-11). Kevin Moore hit a tie-breaking RBI single in the fourth inning as Ryder outdueled Wyomissing's John Bonino. Bonino also allowed just four hits. Ryder went 2-for-3 and drove in a run for Holy Name. For Wyomissing, which scored both of its runs in the first, Matt Perez went 2-for-4.
