At Owls Field, Tim Wood allowed just two earned runs in 4 2/3 innings of relief, leading the Blue Jays (8-3, 11-4) past the Cardinals (1-9, 2-13). Matt Fura went 3-for-4 with four RBIs for Holy Name, which walked 11 times. Fred Caruso had two hits and three RBIs, Collin Hecker had two hits and two RBIs and Pete Budock had two hits and an RBI. For Central, Nick Demangone hit a grand slam and had five RBIs, Matt Doyen had a double and three RBIs and Joe Rys had two singles.
