Highlights
At George Field, the Muhls (14-7) used four bunts to score three runs in the second inning and beat the Bulldogs (10-11) in the District 3 Class AAA preliminary round. Jordan Jeter bunted for a single and two runs scored when pitcher Heath Singer overthrew the first baseman. Pete McGinley knocked in the third run of the inning when he bunted for a single. Tad Barton and Dillan Cirulli combined on a six-hitter. The Muhls will face Berks II rival Twin Valley in the first round at 6:30 p.m. Monday at George Field.
