Highlights
At Twin Valley, the Raiders put thoughts of the Scouts' five-game sweep last season to rest with a seven-run fifth inning en route to the nine-run Berks II victory. The Raiders, who trailed the Scouts 2-1 through 4 1/2 innings, ended a six-game losing streak to Weiser -- five coming last season including three in the postseason. Jared Price struck out 11 and walked two to pick up the win. Izzack Albright went 2-for-3 with a double, a home run and two RBIs; Brandin Snyder was 2-for-4 with a double and three RBIs; and Billy Reardon had a two-run single for Twin Valley (2-0, 6-0). Zach Reis had a two-run single in the second inning and Dylan Price hit a solo home run in the sixth for Weiser (0-1, 2-1).
