Holy Name at Oley Valley

At Rentschler Field, Casey Miller doubled in the go-ahead run in the bottom of the sixth inning and the Lynx (10-0 Berks III, 12-1) went on to beat the Blue Jays (2-5 Berks IV, 5-6) for their 12th straight win. With Hamburg losing to Schuylkill Valley, Oley clinched its first Berks III title since 1996. Miller also singled twice, knocked in two runs and scored four runs for the Lynx. Tim Shores doubled, singled and drove in three runs, Seth Hartman had a double, two RBIs and two runs scored and Steve Koenig singled twice and scored two runs. For Holy Name, Freddy Caruso doubled, singled and drove in two runs, Pete Budock had a double, single and an RBI and Marcus Leaf, Will Budock and Joe Lachina each had two hits.
