Highlights
At FirstEnergy Stadium, Colby Hartman struck out 12 and drove in two runs as the Blue Jays (6-5, 9-6) beat the Cardinals (1-10, 2-12) and clinched a Berks League playoff berth. It was the final game between the rivals, whose schools will merge in the fall. Hartman pitched a five-hitter and went 2-for-3 at the plate with a double. Marcus Leaf tripled and scored a run for Holy Name and Tim Wood had a single and an RBI. Central scored its run in the seventh when Jake Lloyd singled in Justin Ashcroft, who tripled.
