Tulpehocken at Central Catholic

At Egelman's Park, Mike Bean singled home Quinn Werley with no outs in the bottom of the ninth inning, lifting the Cardinals (3-10, 4-12) over the Trojans (6-6, 7-11). Werley led off the ninth with a single and moved to second on a walk before Bean delivered. Bean finished 2-for-6 and scored three runs for Central, Tyler Hafer was 3-for-5 with a double, four RBIs and two runs scored, Zach Kantner was 2-for-5 with three RBIs and Joe Rys and Andrew Hoffa each had two hits and a run scored. Christian Wilson went 4-for-6 with four RBIs for Tulpehocken, which scored two runs in the top of the seventh to send it to extra innings. Drew Fisher was 2-for-4 and scored three runs and Ross Baver and Eric Hartranft each had two hits and a run scored.
