Highlights
At West Lawn, Sarah Deck pitched a three-hitter and Shannon Deck went 2-for-3 and scored two runs to help the Bulldogs (2-0, 5-0) down the Mustangs (1-1, 3-1). Shannon Deck led off a two-run third inning with a single off losing pitcher Jayme Babczak and scored on an error. Shannon Deck led off the fifth with a single and scored on a single by Brittany Smith. For Gov. Mifflin, Morgan Miller singled and scored on one of two Wilson errors in the top of the seventh. But Sarah Deck, who struck out seven, stranded two runners to escape the jam. Gabby Brown went 2-for-3 and scored a run in the fifth for the Mustangs.
