At Manheim, Jai Perera went 2-for-4 with a home run to help No. 9 Schuylkill Valley defeat No. 8 Bermudian Springs in five innings in a first round game.
The Panthers (10-9) scored seven runs in the fourth inning to break open the game against the Eagles (10-11). Abby Boyer allowed two hits and struck out nine to earn the win.
Schuylkill Valley will face No. 1 Brandywine Heights in the quarterfinals Thursday.
