Highlights
At Wenger Field in Fredericksburg, Jared Price pitched a four-hitter and struck out 10 as the Raiders (17-5) defeated the Mustangs (20-3) in a District 3 Class AAA quarterfinal. Price allowed no earned runs and went 2-for-3 with a two-run single in the second inning for Twin Valley, which reached the semifinals for the fourth consecutive season. Jeremy Rahn had a double and two RBIs, Jon Abbadusky went 3-for-3 and scored two runs and Gabe Witmer was 2-for-3. West Perry scored two unearned runs in the fourth inning with the help of two Raiders errors.
