At George Field, the Eagles (1-2, 5-3) got on the board first but a Ramon Bazan 3-run home run gave the Red Knights (3-2, 8-2) the lead for good. Francisco Reyes added some insurance runs with a two RBI single in the fourth. On the mound, Zabdiel Parrilla went all seven innings striking out eight. Dillon Richard was 2-for-3 with the lone RBI for Exeter.
