Pottsgrove fought back from an early four-run deficit to win its first baseball game of the year, 14-8 over visiting Pope John Paul II.
The Falcons took the lead with six in the bottom of the second and led the Pioneer Athletic Conference contest the rest of the way, despite allowing 14 walks.
Garrett Bleakley went 2-for-4 and knocked in three runs for Pottsgrove (1-2, 1-2) in the three-hour contest that was stopped after 5 1/2 due to darkness. P.J. Heller had two doubles for PJP (0-4, 0-4).
