At Shillington, Joe Adametz struck out eight, walked two and allowed only three hits in 5 2/3 innings before reaching the pitch limit in the Mustangs (1-0, 3-2) win over the Eagles (0-1, 1-2). Mifflin's lone run came in the fourth inning off a Ajay Sczepkowski ground ball through the left side scoring Corbin Dunnuck. Dunnuck went 2-for-3 and Arias Ochs recorded the save for the Mustangs. Nick Klee threw a complete game, suffering the loss.
