Highlights
Boyertown's baseball season came to an end Wednesday afternoon with a 6-3 loss at North Penn in the second round of the District 1-6A playoffs. The Bears fell behind 3-0 after one and 5-0 after two and could not put together the big inning they needed to get back into the game. Six players each had one hit and Pat Hohlfeld took the loss for the defending state champions.
