Highlights
At Bethlehem, Antonio Zabala hit a one-out single in the bottom of the seventh inning to drive in the winning run as District 11 champion Bethlehem Liberty (24-3) edged District 3 runner-up Gov. Mifflin (18-8) in a PIAA Class 6A opener. The Mustangs trailed 4-1 before scoring twice in the sixth and once in the seventh to tie it. Zabala was 2-for-3 with a double and three RBIs for the Hurricanes. Ajay Sczepkowski was 2-for-4 with a triple and two RBIs for Mifflin.
