At Kutztown, the Cougars (8-1, 14-3) scored their final four runs without a hit to beat the Bullets (5-4, 9-6) and clinch the Berks III title. Kutztown trailed 2-1 before scoring two in the fifth on two walks, two steals and two errors and added two in the sixth. Brandywine scored two in the first on singles by John Harrison, Aaron Jarrett and Logan Vroman and an error. Dylan Moyer's RBI single cut it to 2-1 for the Cougars in the third. Winning pitcher Justin Renninger threw a four-hitter, struck out 11 and walked none.
