At Lebanon Valley College, fourth-seeded Annville-Cleona scored a run off an infield hit with two outs in the eighth inning to defeat the No. 5 Bullets (10-9) in the District 3 Class 3A quarterfinals. Andrew Long got the win on the mound for the Little Dutchmen (14-7-1). Joe Fatzinger pitched all eight innings, struck out nine and allowed five hits and Trey Shive went 2-for-3 for Brandywine. Annville-Cleona faces Biglerville in the semifinals.
